A contutilated person is an ignorant one!
A word I came up with when I was 6 years old after a tough day at school!
Pronounce: Con-tu-til-ated
My teacher was so contutilated the other today, she would not listen to anything I had to say! Arrgh!
George Bush is so contutilated, can he even construct a logical argument, let alone make sense of a sentence?
