What is Coolguyed?

When a well liked guy tells you he'll call you right back, or he will contact you in some form very soon and doesn't.
During Conversation:
Guy1- "Let me call you right back dude."
Guy2- "Alright. No problem."
After 5 Minutes or So:
Guy2- (exhales deeply) "I just got coolguyed."
