A friendly 'tongue in cheek' way to call somebody a cunt. Believed to originate from a group of musicians called touch n go from Barnsley in South Yorkshire, England. Started spreading around clubland in the late 1990's/early 2000's. it can now be heard being used all across the clubland music scene in Yorkshire.
