When two or more police officers meet while in their cars. I assume they are either sharing information or their gay love for each other. An original term I, a native of Memphis, TN, coined.

Guy 1 - "Hey, check it out. Two cops are parked, talking."

Guy 2 - "Yeah, dude, that's a copregation. Pig ass fucks."
