CORrection FLUid, the milky white fluid that you brush over a writing, typing, or printing error. An example of one type of corflu is Wite Out.

It seems Johnny isn't feeling too well today. He's making a lot of mistakes in that fanzine and using corflu like mad! Corflu is a SFconventiongoers' term.
