The romantic affiliation of coworkers with the inability to date outside the workpool, inevitably leading to a stagnant office gene-pool and the general "I've already slept with everybody" feel that late episodes of Beverly Hills 90210 best exemplified. Offspring to this phenomenon will only later become trainees and interns for the same organization.
F.E.I. was a tight, profitable, organization, due mostly to the corporate inbreeding creating such a family atmosphere.
