In fan fiction the killing of favourite, i.e. main/canon, characters with no forewarning.
Named for Gone with the Wind fanfiction author Cornorama.
After two years of writing and posting, without any foreshadowing, the author pulled a Corrinitis and killed one of the main characters in the final chapter.
