A wannabe, ugly, old, hippie and nasty dude that sells ugly t-shirts in the parking lot (shakedown street) at Jam Band concerts. He doesn't shower or wear shoes and he's really aggressive and OCD.
Don't buy that cheesy Morning Dew t-shirt from Old Cosmic Charlie, he probably wore it already and if you try to return it he'll start a fist fight!
