What is Costa Verde?

A prestigious community within La Jolla and UTC that consists of many wealthy students and young professionals (yuppies). This apartment community contains a very affluent and snobby culture. It has it's own shopping center, boulevard, and is claimed to be the most expensive area of all the La Jolla apartments.
Dave: "where do you live Joe"

Dave:"how the hell do you afford that?"
Joe: "Im rich, so what?"
