What is Cotati?

Cotati is a small city where one can lay low and chill in the local park. It is a city between Petaluma and Santa Rosa. With mostly a white and stoner population it is one of the best towns to get the best weed. It has a few wannabe Gangsters but dont worry they dont come out in the day.
