What is Couglipsis?

An ellipsis formed from question makes. Usually to indicate a massively question state, and usually indication a failure to grasp the basic tenets of English punctuation.
Often combined with Tomslipsis, which use commas in place of the period.
Couglipsis:
I just can't figure it out????? Am i alone???????
OR
Tomslipsis:
At least you know what I mean,,,,,,!
