What is Council Members?

persons who have claimed vet status and are well respected through out all who are inferior aka shook rooks. members can be recruited solely upon their worthy status and rank, which is decided by council members who have come before them. council members who have participated in foolish acts are labeled as disgrace. if foolish acts persist, then they will be labeled deception of the council. knowledge of all regularly used council member vocabulary is a definite requirement of recruitment.
"Council members are those who have proven their worthiness to gain vet status with complete avoidance of the shook rooks and inferior ways."
