What is Counselor Lee?

Derived from the Nickelodeon television show "Salute your shorts" which aired in the mid 90's. A camp counselor on the show was nicknamed Ug by the kids because he was not good looking and his last name was Lee. Thus, anything that is not attractive is to be from now on called counselor lee.
That female over there with the hair on her upper lip is quite counselor lee.
