What is Cow Look?

The look in which a person scrunches up their eyes and nose, stares you down, and makes their lips pouty. In doing this, they resemble the look of a cow. If they're fluffy, they look even more like a cow.
"Don't look at "L", he might stare you down with his cow look, and then cow techno might start playing, you don't want that now do you?"
