What is Cow Pushing?

The process of pushing a cow over while it is sleeping (standing up), this causes the cow to wake up when it hits the ground and give a hearty "Moo". The "Moo" can be delayed for about 6 secconds, depending on the reaction time of the cow.
I went cow pushing last night, yep sure did. Pushed Hafty right down the hill.
