A person or object whose girth or movements are cow like. Large type of ass that is so large and sticks out so far it defies gravity. Person or object that is slow and annoying. Can also be someone or something that gets in your way.
"That slow truck in front of me needs to move it's cowass".
"The lady behind the counter is such a cowass."
I have never seen someone with such a huge cowass before."
