Crazy voodoo lady from St. Thomas Island. In the 40s Cow-foot women worked in a meat packing factory. Her leg was caught in one of the machines and was replaced by a cow leg sewed back onto her leg. Cow-foot women hates the smell of tobacco so the people of the island burn tobacco too keep her away. She is real and she is still alive. There is no real proof of her existence but the native islanders still believe in the voodoo Cow-foot women.
