Usually referred to as "the coolest person on earth". He is often found at school or asleep in a car that he found on the street. 'Cowlesie' can also be used as a verb, meaning "falling asleep somewhere unknown, and waking up somewhere else".
Dude, i pulled a Cowlesie last night, and ended up in a closet in the middle of a strip mall with a woman stroking my chest with a purple feather. Then my friend ran an yelled "We gotta go!" and we proceeded to run out of the mall in our skivies.
