What is C-owned?

To get killed in Halo 3 by a street cone. (Usually only happens in Bungie's map "The Pit".) One guy even got Recon armor for it.

Player 1: Dude, someone shot the fusion coils and I died by a street cone.

Player 2: Haha! You got C-owned.
