to have an excessive and long rant when it comes to insulting, mocking, or gesturing a person's situation when they ask for there help or have an opinion no one asked for. comes from the character of Dr. Perry Cox from the show scrubs.
joe was being coxish when i asked him to help me with my toy airplane, he said "i rather fly to the airport,get on an actual airplane, jump out midflight, and enjoy the great taste of soil as i slam deep into the gravel than to help you with your own useless airplane"
