A derogatory term used to define a Hispanic individual that resembles the look of a coyote. Typically includes features such as small body, loud voice, and pulled back face.
"Gosh, Marcello is such a coyotee! he's always banging metal together and making noise in front of his house! Damn coyotee. He also has the stupid donkey statue in his yard, such a darn coyotee!"
