One who receives indiscriminate blowjobs (see Jizzard). refers to spreading of lice (due to indiscriminate selection of Jizzards) that takes place during the 'milking' process.

Note: as lice are usually spread from hairy place to hairy place transferral of crabs is only likely with bearded Jizzards.
