One who does cocaine often, but occasionally recieves poor quality goods resulting in his or her scaling high into wooded areas and portraying small, mythical, Irish creatures.
She explained the phenomenon: "Could be a crack heed that got hold to the wrong stuff, and it told him to get up in a tree and play a leprechaun."
