What is Crackhead O'clock?

Used to describe an hour so late or so early as to be almost painful, usually between the hours of 2am to 5am. Also used to denote a time where looking at your watch will be of no value, because it's just that late or early.

Betty: Damn, what time is it?

Hortense: It's crackhead o'clock, that's what it is!
