Guy with a Southern mentality, kind of slow not too bright. A stupid or silly person; a dolt.
A person whose mental acumen is well below par.
A person of moderate to severe mental retardation having a mental age of from three to seven years and generally being capable of some degree of communication and performance of simple tasks under supervision. The term belongs to a classification system no longer in use and is now considered offensive. Also in the cartoon Tom and Jerry, uncle Pecos sings a song about a cram bone! Nobody really knows where the hell this word came from, but if you ever met someone that said something soo stupid, you would say what a cram bone!
Oh my God, this guy Kevin in my office went on the Master Cleanser diet and didn't eat anything for like 10 days and almost killed himself!...What a cram bone.
