A medical condition specific to Men who live in Crawley, South East England. A flap of skin forms over the Anus that emits a sheath covering the stool as it is produced. The stool is perfectly encapsulated in a gossamer type bag. Difficult to flush away many toilets are blocked in Crawley forcing the male population to defecate in the streets.
