What is Crazy Snatch Face?

Some one who works with others that through their own inadequacies tries to blame others for their own problems. Then this Person talks about everyone behind their back because they don't have the gall to confront anyone to their face. If they forget something it MUST be that someone else that's to blame. Also anything they manage to do right is out of luck. Just because they are "Unique", does not mean they are useful. These kind of people are usually without any feelings toward others and are rude beyond all belief. They should all be beaten with shovels then buried with them.
Bonita is a receptionist at Fortune Bay and she is a Crazy Snatch Face to everyone. I don't know why they keep her.
