What is Createen?

A young male, well versed in the use of weights and dietary supplements. The createen's wardrobe consists mainly of cut-off, sleveless t-shirts, gym shorts and several factory worn baseball caps from American Eagle. A createen's muscle mass is almost always inversely proportional to his IQ and/or self esteem (their low self esteem can usually be linked to childhood insecurities ie. being seen nude in a shower and laughed at, or finding special feelings in a gym locker room)
"Wow look at those createens hulking down the street, they're so big they can't even walk correctly."
