An individual who thinks they can finance anything but does not even know their own credit rating. They frequently associate with people who tend to be nigger rich. Also refers to someone who uses their credit card for every purchase.

Shawn went shopping for a toaster oven. He found one at 10% off and put it on his card at 11% interest. What a credit tard.
