Crazy or otherwise psychologically challenged East African; typically an immigrant to the U.S.A.; won't take your fare on a freezing Winter's night if you're leaving a Christian holiday party and have a had a few alcoholic drinks; antonymous to the Ethiomerican, his similarly immigrated brother who needs money to keep his electricity on this Winter, more than 72 virgins at death, and would gladly take a drunk passenger, a passenger with a dog, or a drunk dog as a fare.
I came out of the Christmas party, hailed a cab, and as soon as the Crethiopian driver smelled the Glenlivet on my breath, he ordered me to exit his cab and find another.
