Racist epithet used to poke fun at the Japanese.
Arose from the large amount of Japanese tourists in america, taking many photographs of popular landmarks and attractions. Native Japanese speakers often have trouble with the "L" sound, as their language has none, and those with lesser experience with the English language often replace it with an "r" (producing "crick crick" instead of "click click" as the sound a camera makes). Not in common use, but is used sometimes to make fun of
