What is Crimocracy?

A combination or acceptance of a governing party or relationship with the institutions as a fundamental datum, based on mafia style such as having a form of justice of its own and uses murder as a punishment and not as a crime.

I'd stay out of Russia or any other FSR (Former Soviet Republic) because their government is a crimocracy.
