In computer terms, CRLF denotes a combination carriage return-line feed, or in other words, a complete new line (this is specifically rooted in line printers, but is carried on by Windows).
In human terms, it denotes the wish of someone to look for a new start.
My first kiss left me feeling so used that I want a CRLF for my love life.
