What is Cromulant?

Not simply used to refer to a frequently used word as per the use in "a perfectly cromulent word" but may be better defined as germane, or apt, synonomous with appropriate, or fitting.
This defintion suits both uses in The Simpsons' famous episode.

"he has just embiggened the office of town crier with that cromulent speech"

abundantly used, proliferate, widespread, accepted
It's a perfectly cromulant word

Over use of spray paint. Particularly many different colours seen together.
The graffiti was a cromulent and nauseating disgrace.
