What is Crotch Rice?
1.
(1) Small pockets of fat adorning the underside of the scrotum; (2) larva of the phrenal fly, known to burrow into inside of the upper thigh; (3) rice that has fallen into a crotch.
It's best not to disturb someone else's crotch rice.
