The act of spilling a beverage on someone in order to get close to someone you would like to know better and cleaning it off with your face.
You are in the break room and see that person you'd like to know. You grab a drink and accidentally spill it on this person. You start rubbing your face on the wet spots to help pick up the moisture. HR writes you up for having a "Crotch Seizure".
