Crotchers Edit Meaning

A person or group of people who use a concealed layer of clothing (ie. stockings or pants) under their usual pants or skirts, to put items in while shop lifting. They are professionals and usually go looking for specific items which have been requested by their "clients".

Crotchers: A man wearing baggy pants on the outside, with a smaller pair underneath. The bottoms of the under pair will often have rubber bands around the cuffs to prevent items from falling out the bottom. They will place the items into the under pair of pants. This method is hard to detect as there is no visable sign of anything concealed.
