n/v: (crush + romance = crushmance) A verbally expressed crush. Not a romance, because it doesn't go both ways, but more extreme then a crush. Crushmances are usually brief but fairly strong.
person 1: Rachel has another crushmance.
person 2: are you kidding?!? Who this time?
person 1: she's totally crushmancing on that marine
