A booger that has reached a point of dryness that it becomes painful to the owner's nostril. At this point, it is recommended that the booger be excised. However, at times, this may result in the undesirable (and painful) removal of the bearers nostril follicles as well. At no time is it recommended to eat a crusty boog.
I just yanked a hardcore crusty boog and now I'm lookin' to flick it.
