This term is used for things or people that are obviously Cuban. The term can be used in the same way as 'flaming' can be used for homosexuals. But instead of talking about the obviousness of someone's sexuality you are talking about the obviousness of someone’s culture. A synonym would be Cubanisimo (very Cuban, something a cuban would do.)
