What is Cuff-flexing?

The process of moving handcuffs from behind your back, to the front of you. This is usually accomplished by sliding the cuffs under ones feet, but can also be accomplished in rare circumstances, by going over ones head.

Tyron: Dude? What are you doing?

Mike: Cuff-flexing. I gotta get these babies in front of me!
