What is Cuff-shuffling?

A physical act whereby one person takes hold of another seated person's outstretched legs by the cuff of the pants and gently agitates them up and down, thus producing a relaxing sensation for weary legs. Can only be done with the subject wearing long pants.
"Darling I've had a busy day, would you mind cuff-shuffling me a little?"
