Exactly the same as a culdesac except it's located in the ghetto instead of the suburbs.
culdesac - a flashy version of the dead end. a place where white kids ride their bikes in circles.
culdeblack - worse than a normal dead end. you should turn around in someones driveway instead of turning around here.
somebody shot out my windshield when i went around the culdeblack.
my mom accidentally walked into the culdeblack and some guys ran train on her.
