Another word for a gang member'sbandanna. This phrase only works if you're actually in a gang.

Suka, Chinklz, Bling, Breezy, and Snow, are all members of a gang called the Yellow Yaks. These gang members wear their cullas to show thir true gang spirit. Usually the gang leader will wear their culla in a different color than the rest of the gang's.
