Culveyhouse Effect

What is Culveyhouse Effect?

1.

A social phenomenon in blogging (somewhat similar to reflexivity), where the continual blogging of related events causes events to further escalate which adversely affects the blogger's life. The blogger in turn writes about this adversity, continuing a self-fulfilling cycle that can conceivably continue indefinitely.

Mr. Ed blogged about his neighbor, which sparked a lawsuit, subsequently prompting Mr. Ed to blog about that as well, which caused more litigation. Poor Mr. Ed experienced the Culveyhouse effect.
