The cum addict seeks his/her high due to the relaxing narcotic and intoxicating effects of orgasms - which are similar to the effects of opioids and alkaloids. Another way to describe it would be a person who is addicted to orgasms. It differs from sexual addiction though because the orgasm is the goal - it is the high - the sexual experience is secondary.
