A man's or woman's state of not being able to be committed to someone mostly for his/her "sexual" reasons.
Lisa: I really can't understand him. He just doesn't want to marry me. He always says he has a commitment problem.
Jordan: Mmmm. I know what kind of a "cummitment" problem it is.
