What is Cumulative Swag?

Also known as net swag. This refers to the amount of overall swagger that exists in an area at any given time. Even if some people in a room have a lot of swag, the cumulative swag of a room can still be very low if more people are there with zero or even worse, negative swag.
Gina: "Was the party any good?"
Steve: "Nah, the cumulative swag was about negative one billion."
