What is Cunt-rash?

A red dotted rash that appears around the vaginal area of a woman as a result of obeseity. Sometimes causing bleeding and also known to create a horridly smelling scent from a cheese like discharge from the rash. Not a very good thing to have when indulging in oral sex, especially if you are the giver to that who has the Cunt-rash.
'I went to go down on the obese mail-order, only to find she had an enormous cunt-rash that was spewing out cheese.'
