An Asian person. They're called this because most of them study all the time, and for that reason they get the highest scores on all the exams, setting the upper end of the curve and bringing the grades of normal people (white, black, latino, and asians that don't give a shit) down.

Todd: "Check out that Asian woman rolling that little curve setter around in the stroller."

Marty: "Look at the kid, he's already reading a book."

Todd: "Yeah, actually I think I've seen that kid a few times in aeronautical engineering lecture."

Marty: "Probably."
